Cypress Tree Farm

Leyland Cypress Christmas Trees

Welcome to Cypress Tree Farm

We are out of trees for 2018.  Persistent rain is getting in the way of completing the delivery of a few tagged trees and we will be working on getting new baby trees in the ground for the future.

LOOK FOR THE YELLOW CHRISTMAS TREE SIGNS! ( see our directions page, GPS will mislead you!)

Cypress Tree Farm in Lee County SC is a locally owned and operated Choose and Cut Christmas Tree Farm.  It is located on Cypress Cemetary Road in the Cypress area of Lee County (Between Hartsville and Bishopville).  All current stock is Leyland Cypress (THE Christmas tree of the South).  We are a small farm with an emphasis on personal service.  We are very convenient for Hartsville and Bishopville customers and we are a great day-trip for Florence and Sumter customers who want to enjoy a Sunday Lunch meal at Mr. B's in Lydia and enjoy an outing to select a fresh tree.

Start  or renew a wonderful Christmas family tradition and experience.  Generations have walked the farm selecting the perfect tree to decorate with the family for the last 33 years that the farm has been in operation.  Snap a photo to save the moment and plan to come together to do it again next year!  Many of our customers have been returning with their families for decades!

All Trees $35!

We are a cash business, so make sure to "hit" the ATM before your visit.

We open starting the Friday after Thanksgiving (Black Friday) at 9am  to Dark and on Weekends.

We are generally not open when it is raining, as wet trees and wet people are not a lot of fun.  Call before you come, but sometimes I like just sitting listening to the tin roof (and napping!)

We have a limited selection of 5 to 7 foot trees available.   This is the most popular size for most homes with 8 foot ceilings.  With the Tree, Tree Stand, and a Tree Topper, these home-sized trees fit nicely.

We are growing more as fast as we can to prepare for future years and we had a successful year with seedlings with over two hundred "baby" trees planted this year.

We do have a Carolina Sapphire tree to make aromatic cuttings and decorations for your holiday parties.  These REALLY emit an unbelievable Christmas smell.
